Payment Terms and Termination

For paid courses, the prices displayed at the time of purchase apply. Payment is a prerequisite for activation.

• A right of withdrawal exists in accordance with legal requirements.
• A claim for a refund after the withdrawal period has expired only exists in legally defined exceptional cases.

The provider may terminate the user account without notice in the event of serious violations of these terms (e.g., abuse). The user may delete their account at any time.

Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of the provider.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use. Changes will be communicated to users via email or through the platform. In case of objection, the contract may be terminated.
